I believe I own that "Algorithms and Data Structures in C++" book!  I bought it
soon after it came out 5 years ago.  It's very good, as I recall.  (My technical
book library is in great disarray due to 2 moves and merging households with my
fiancee, otherwise I'd confirm my ownership 100%)
