I don't quite understand the way you select the Fritz 7 / Fritz7 no mmx engine. When I use the standard engine, without any additional parameters set, do I use the No MMX version? When I change engine parameters, or better - feed Fritz 7 with them, is it called the "MMX" version? Or am I completely lost here? I have two engine files in my engines directory: fritz7.eng and fritz7 (No MMX).eng. Removing the first engine from the list leaves me with no Fritz 7 engine at all. Removing the original fritz7.eng and renaming Fritz 7 (No MMX).eng to Fritz7.eng gives me no Fritz 7 engine all the same. I searched the documentation and the help file, but the MMX- word turns up nowhere. Thanks in advance for the explanation. J.
