Why do you say that Chess programs are weak in tactics when they played blitz??? Chess programs can win to 99% of all humans today in rapid games because the programs can see deep tactics in rapid games, more than a human can see, they (programs) are not weak in tactics, we (humans) are very weak in tactics.
