Blitz is usually defined within 15min. for both sides.
It's often divided like this; G/5, G/10, G/15.

G/4? Could be Blitz or Bullit, not sure?

Bullit is usually defined within 6min. for both sides.
It's divided like this; G/1 G/2 G/3.

Time increments can also be added.

Examples; G/1 + n sec. for each move made. (Bullit)

G/5 + n sec. for each move made. (Blitz)
