You say you don't have Fritz 7 but still you claim Qxh3 is a fake?!

It's not. I have resurrected the 1st engine version of Fritz 7 (7a doesn't play
Qh3 anymore):

Analysis by Fritz 7:

17...Qxh3 18.Bxf7+

Btw. Eduard has pointed to that type of dubious moves (of the 1st F7 engine)
himself in his comments. Maybe you didn't read that; I don't know if it was
included in the postings here or only in CSS Forum.
