... I think, you're right that this shouldn't happen. However, I have several times seen people posting games of my engine, showing moves which my engine in fact had shown temporarily as best one in the main variation but it would disregard these in far less than a second. I suspect that these guys have some configuration problem with their fritz installation: too less memory available and the engine starts paging or whatever ? Regards, Uli
