The reason is simple

You did not have the krq vs kr tablebases

I think that for every x and y you should not use the kxp vs ky tablebases for
programs unless you use also the kxq vs ky tablebases(there may be problems from
not having kxr vs ky tablebases but these problems are going to be more rare)

The only exception is if the programmer ask you to use kxp vs ky tablebases
inspite of not having the kxq vs ky
