Not really, you can set it to anything you want, and the virus
does seem to do this. You can look it up at a some antivirus sites.

If the people infected didn't find out on their own, it's valuable
to warn them here. Otherwise, it's not.

I must say this is pretty bad though. Many people seem to ignore
basic safety precautions. (Patch Outlook, don't open attachements)
