Not from me.  It was very old and a couple of years ago all old sources were
lost from my ftp machine due to a disk error, and unfortunately the backups
were also no good, due to a tape drive problem.  At one point I asked for any
old copies, but only got a few, none going back anywhere near the back-to-front
annotate.

It is not terribly complex to reconstruct it however...  Just run thru all
the moves then start unmaking rather than making...  The search part of
annotate would be totally unchanged.  The only thing I had to do was handle
the fact that the .can file will come out backward, but that can be fixed
by reading it in and reversing it...
