I was in china early this year, after away for some years. To my surprise, and certainly for my delight, one of my relative give me a nice Sony PCG notebook as a gift. I don't think a computer is a problem anymore in China, at least for educated people. I consider I myself spent considerable money to upgrade my computers at my home here at US. But I found that almost all my friends and relatives in China have computers at their home with comparable perfromance, if not better. Of course, in average, people in china is still poor. What i refer here are those people with college education or higher. Regards, Ren.
