Hi all, Hi Fernandy :-)

At the moment there is only a Bringer 1.9 beta. The problem is: I am too lazy to
translate the GUI to English, and most of you wouldn't like a german version. Of
course I will translate the GUI and update the online help when Bringer 1.9 is
released. Maybe I can persuade Jim Kearman to update his English Bringer Manual,
too.

One of the main new features is the improved book handling. It should be very
easy to create your own books, update them, share them with other users, etc.
Hopefully, Peter Berger, a friend, beta tester, and book author, will donate one
of his Bringer books (maybe cct3-repertoire? Peter?) to the public. I am working
on the engine, too, and I think it will be a little stronger than Bringer 1.8.

I think about a good time to release Bringer 1.9. Should I wait until CCT-4 is
over? Or wait until ... ? I might as well release it now. Still thinking...

Greetings,
Gerrit
