sounds like the "mercilous attack".  against the computer, before you
castle, you play Ng5 as white or Ng4 as black.  If your opponent tries
h3 or h6 to drive the knight away, you respond with h4 or h5, offering
him the knight, which most programs (crafty excepted for one) will
promptly
take, opening the H-file for your rook + queen.  It is a classic opening
plan to beat computers that made the rounds on ICC for a while...
