I just ordered Gandalf 5.0 and immediately you get to a page of order confirmation with userword and password and on the same page you will see the link for downloading. Just click and you are being prompted for userword and password and downloading starts. I got te program in less than 30 seconds. So it has got nothing to do with email Greetings Kees Go
