Pawn non-capture moves only have the target square.  Pawn capture moves have
file, x, target square.  For example, here there are three possible white pawn
moves from this position:
[D]3k4/8/8/1p1p4/2P5/8/8/3K4 w - -

c5 gives this:
[D]3k4/8/8/1pPp4/8/8/8/3K4 b - -

cxb5 gives this:
[D]3k4/8/8/1P1p4/8/8/8/3K4 b - -

cxd5 gives this:
[D]3k4/8/8/1p1P4/8/8/8/3K4 b - -
