StAndersen is a WinBoard engine made by Erik Robertsson (also one of the authors
of Deamon). However... the 1.2 version has some bugs in it, but they are fixed
in the next version 1.25.
StAndersen might not be the stiffest opposition, but as I said, this is just a
sneak peak.
The main weakness of Deamon right now is the endgame knowledge which practically
doesn't exists and the lack of extensions.
We are planning to release the engine when it comes to version 1.00 (~all basic
chess implementations done, and plays well in all the stages of the game).
Therefore we soon will need some beta testers...anyone interested ?
