Greatly depends on your evaluation function (and how big the position score can be). But you could start with Heinz's suggestions: 1) queen - queen+pawn 2) rook - rook+pawn 3) 2 pawns - 4 pawns (<max_pos_score) Experiment and see what works for you! Severi
