there are a number of commercial sites ( chessbase, rebel, besides several other non chess sites) etc)offering payment based software downloads in order to facilitate instant delivery. my question and apprehension is that if a download is interrupted for whatever reason, does one get to re-download the software again or does the money go down the drain? rajen
