I do not believe in bean counters and deepners of positions.

programs can see more because they see some plies deeper.
I think that you underestimate the importance of tactics in chess(that is also
relevant for things that are considered to be positional).

I believe that programs with good search rules and only piece square table
evaluation can get fide elo of at least 2300.
