I said that for simplicity because I have been repeating my point of view
several times and apparently it was not clear enough.

You are right that some combinations of partial TBs including all the 4 men plus
some of the 5 men will work.

But that's getting complicated and I can understand that the testers might
object that it is getting too complex to handle.

However the rule which says that ALL 4-men TBs must be installed, or that at
least ALL 3-men TBS must be installed, is simpler and so shouldn't be difficult
to follow. Likewise, if they want to install the 5-men TBs on a computer that
has sufficient HD space, they should install the complete set.

Also it should be obvious now that I am not demanding unfair conditions giving
an advantage to my program. I'm not asking the testers to install more TBs for
Chess Tiger that for the competitors. I'm just asking for a consistent set to be
installed.
