the file is "crafty.rc" and it is a simple text file, so you can use
word for windows, open it and save it in ascii mode, and just insert
commands you want to have for defaults...  ie hash=24m for a 24 meg
hash table...

on the crafty ftp site there are several books, including "wall.gz"
which has over 330,000 games in it...
