Subject: Utility needed for testing legality of sets of epd positions

I am wondering if anyone knows of a utility that is available that will crunch
through a file of epd positions and check them if they are legal or not. I know
I can run engines like crafty to do this but that requires (I believe) doing
each position one at a time. Perhaps someone has created a utility to basically
filter out the bad ones. Another possibility is if it exists as an active X or
OCX that basically just outputs a boolean value (true or false) as to whether or
not the position is legal I could take that and write a little code fragment to
do the rest.

Thanks
