Hi,

You can do this in King of Kings console version (kke.exe) by typing:

annotate epd "epdfile.epd" "textfile.txt" acs 0;

Go to the end of the text file and see in the illegal section for a list of
illegal positions. Not exactly a special utility, but it can be used like one.
