KQkq means that both side can castle for both directions but in this position it
is clear that castling is not possible.

Chessbase interface understands this position but I wonder if all programs
understand it and if they are not confused by the KQkq notation(I did not try my
move generator in this position but I suspect that it may not understand the
position)

Somebody asked for a program to check epd file in order to find wrong positions
so the question is if this is a right or wrong position(it can be right if we
assume that the letters KQkq are relevant only when the kings and the rooks are
in the original squares)
