Subject: Why would high rating Players fear a low rating Pocket Fritz ?

I am curious why FIDE have to check every player as they enter and leave the
Rest Room, this procedure should only be applied in tournament where players
have rating lower than 2400 FIDE or Equivalent.  Why was Karpov and other
players so concern about this issue?
