Exactly!  I was going to paste the quote but Jeroen did that below.

If you wanted to cheat & were too nervous to use the radio device in the ear
method:
In a plastic bag, in the sistern of a lavetory cubicle keep:
   1 pocket computer, radio linked to a fast PC, that is already watching your
game live on the internet (hopefully knowing if you are black or white), and
simultaneously funning Fritz, Tigger & Hiarcs (3-hern is it called);
   1 very fine pen, for writing tiny notes on the inside of your eyeglasses;
   1 bag of suspicious looking little pink pills;
   1 tiny tape recoder (to play ablution sounds while you studied and made
notes).

Your only fear then is if when you returned to the board, & make your move, your
opponent imediatly heads off to the toilet.
