Not really :( Since a kneecap is nicely encapsulated by muscles, you don't
notice anything for the first half hour. I actuallly walked 20 minutes with it,
thinking it was just brused a bit. Then it started swelling.

Not nice. Specially when you do it in a "stupid" way. Or rather, you haven't
got a clue what you did wrong. I don't mind breaking something while bungee
jumping but breaking a kneecap while taking a shortcut through a shrubbery makes
you feel really silly.
