If you want the specifications of the auto232 protocol, you will find source
code in my C++ class library:
http://remi.coulom.free.fr/programs0046.tar.gz
the file should be in the programs/chesslib/src/win232 directory.

If you want the ChessBase specs to build your own native ChessBase engine, this
information is not publicly available. ChessBase keeps it secret.
