The Rebel team is already using an Athlon 1400.It has been established  that
doubling the speed of a cpu resulted into a 60-70 gain on the elo scale.So going
from an 1400 mhz to a 1900 mhz(in fact the Athlon1900xp is running at 1600mhz
but that's another story) might add 10-20 points elo and that would be
meaningless in such a short match.
