I have been gone a long time and am no longer up to date on this topic. My question is how much of an improvement would I see if I use a dual Athlon 1800 and Deep Fritz vs. a single Athlon 1900 and Fritz 7? I am mainly interested in getting the search depth to 15.3 play. Is there a quick summary someone could provide? Example: Fritz 7 is much better than deep fritz... Deep Fritz is much better than F7.... You can expect a full 50 % faster search with Deep Fritz and the programs are almost the same, etc. I thank you in advance for your comments.
