Well I am doing a chess program in LISP. It currently plays correctly, all
rules are in place, but it's very poor; a 6 ply search takes a few minutes on a
pentium 200. There are zero optimization is place, so it's to be expected.
It's maybe 1300 now.

I'd say that currently i have about 60 hours invested in it.

My goal is to make it play USCF master strength in slow chess, not to compete
with the 2600+ programs, and to have the program be short and readable.
