Its wonderful! - I've had it at the Marshall Chess Club for some time now. (I
also bought it from DGT through a Rebel promotion). Mostly I set it up on
Sundays to play against FIDE & Life Master Asa Hoffmann (Bobby Fischer's
sparring partner). I'm not bothering to save too many of the games anymore - We
play mostly 10 minute games and it wins almost all the time whether it be
Shredder, Fritz6 or Tiger playing. (Fritz7 & Shredder 6 next:)). Mostly games
featuring 1.Nc3 1.d4 Nf6 2.Bg5

Asa as black - Things like Czech Benoni 1.d4 c5 2.d5 e5, old indian, 1.d4 d6
2.c4 c6 3.Nc3 e5, or after 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 g6. And other 'Asa'
specialties - Doesn't matter, the programs still handle all this stuff fine in
10 minute games, winning tactically. Asa is still one of the strongest players
in NY city, and continues to win many rapids, 10 minute & 30 minute type events
at both the Marshall and Manhattan. I almost had Bill Lombardy play it, but the
night he came in, I was having some serious software conflict problems
(something with a Chess Assistant program, messed up the playing programs.
After removing them, I am back to normal with my Notebook computer's W/98
setup).

I've played it, and other weak players in the club play it - We all lose...
Yuri Lapshun (Marshall Champion & US Championship qualifier), has played Tiger
14 (chess base version), a few games against it, and he won 1, drew 2, that I
remember. Sorry no games just now, but maybe later. Its allot of fun, and
perhaps it will be important to the club's history some day depending on how
long I keep my manager job there, chess politics not withstanding - Any of you
New Yorker's, we would love to have you join!
