This strikes me as overwrought. The correct title is given in the
text of the ad. In any case most of the ad's readers wouldn't have a
clue about the meaning of the distinction. As for damages this is a
Nintendo game. Are there lots of competitive Nintendo chess program?
But as long as we are nitpicking, would you agree that it also
improper to advertise titles won by a different version of the program
(unless this is clearly stated)?
