yes.  I'm going to do this, in fact.  The only issue is that I am
going to use the {comment} stuff to include wins/losses/draws, so it
will remain standard PGN, but those that want to can still have the
frequency data which will be lost...

this will happen before long...  as I want to do it to make it take a
lot less disk space to create the book, and this will do the trick,
as the temp files will be no bigger than the final binary book file...
