Subject: Chess Tiger 14.7 vs Novag W10-L7-D3 This is great but....... ?!

In the last game at 15 min per side, I quite don't understand Chess Tiger 14.7
Opening ? Why is Chess Tiger giving up a pawn with the black, since White is not
loosing any tempo in this position, and why is 8.....h6? necessary? The
improvement of the software is great from 14.6 to 14.7 for the palm version, but
the opening still has a few holes.
