My ICC Rating of Nullmover is currently 1995. I don't see any sense of putting
an elolimit of 2200.

In CCT3 I have operated SOS manual. SOS is capable of playing auto232 and UCI
but it's was too difficult for me to get it work quickly. SOS received good
results and with that rule above SOS would not be there. I don't see no sense in
claiming a program to be automatically to run on ICC.

About the formula. If people only want to play humans. Well let them do so.
There are also program participating in CCT4 which are not on ICC at the moment.
When they join they will be there for the first time..... So there will be no
computer vs computer information at all for these.

Yes, it's an open tournament. Not an
automatical-2200-elo-fully-specced-with-computer-in-there-formula-tournament.
