Check out 'help survey' on ICC.
They are running a continus rating survey to collect ICC blitz ratings,
USCF regular ratings, and FIDE ratings from ICC members. the numbers so
far are:

Total responses so far: 969
----------------------------
People with ICC and USCF ratings: 862        ICC average rating =  1787
Less than 200 point difference:   537 (62%)  USCF average rating = 1688
People with ICC above USCF:       567        The average difference: 99
People with ICC below USCF:       288        The median difference:  85

----------------------------
People with ICC and FIDE ratings: 158        ICC average rating =  2288
Less than 200 point difference:   122 (77%)  FIDE average rating = 2233
People with ICC above FIDE:       108         The average difference: 55
People with ICC below FIDE:       49         The median difference:  73
