aloha, there was a post by christophe theron recently where he said he had put all most-used functions of his program in one file, stopping once the .obj of that file got 32K large. the idea was that then this is somehow making better use of the cache. does this sound like a good idea to you? and if yes, how good? does this make a noticeable difference? i could reorganize my program a bit, my largest .obj with most of the often-used functions is 44K, but there is also quite a lot of initialization code in there... cheers martin
