Yes, trying Chess Assistant was on my higher priorities list.

I wanted to try it now using their free CA Light, especially because of the UCI
support in the playing environment. But unfortunately, so far I got two
feedbacks here that the Light version does not support UCI although they write
it does. That's why I didn't download it yet.

(For me personally it isn't urgent, because I have Shredder 5 anyway for UCI,
and CB 7.0 for chess database operations.)

Regards,
Michael

P.S.:
I remember having tried an earlier version of CA some time ago, and didn't like
it. But maybe that wasn't Chess Assistant but Chess Academy (I sometimes confuse
them, because "CA" fits to both :o).
