And what do you do if kramnik says:
I am going to play 1.e4 with probability of 40%
1.d4 with probability of 30%
1.Nf3 with probability of 20% and 1.c4 with probability of 10%

Note that kramnik can answer like this not only in the opening but also in the
middle game because programs do not have to be deterministic.

I think that kramnik should get the program before the match only after proving
that the program can beat him in a fair match but after computers prove that
they are better than humans at fair conditions there is a point in a match in
unfair conditions.
