I do not believe that goliath has great tactical skills.
I looked only at the first game and I think that
shredder6 simply outsearched goliath.

At move 15 shredder saw a jump in the score from 0.06 to 1.52
and I do not believe that it was only for positional reasons

After this move goliath had a score of 1.38 pawns for itself
that suggest that it did not see the tactics

Even if you look at the position from only material point
of view programs can see that black is not close to 1 pawn
advantage after search.

I believe that the previous move(Rb8) was a tactical mistake
and I will check it later.

Here is some analysis of yace(only material evaluation)
for move 15:
Yace was slowed down by a significant factor in the first
40 seconds.
Qc7 failed low at depth 14 and
I wait for yace to solve the fail low

material values:
pawn=0.8,knight=3.4,bishop=3.5,rook=5,queen=10.01(I like more
1 1 3 5 9 but the values are from the version that
I got from the programmer)
