In the game where the problem occured, Fritz 7a was black and played 13...Rxb2,
not expecting Whites reply O-O-O. White still had the kingside castling right:
[D]1r2k1nr/p3ppbp/4b1p1/8/2pnB2N/2N1B1P1/PPP2P1P/R3K2R b KQk - 0 13
13... Rxb2 {(f5) -1.41/13 50} 14. O-O-O {(Kd2) 3.13/12 71} 14... Ne2+ {(Tb6)
2.25/14 99}

Some others have posted they can't reproduce Fritz 7a NOT finding the castling
move here with white. I have tried it (again) and I can, but Rxb2 only when I
use the EPD positions like above, but not from the complete game score.
My only conclusion so far: It's a bit confusing :o)
(But no square b1 problem as the other position in this thread proves... maybe
it's a black/white bug when it doesn't expect the opponents castling when
playing Rxb2 - Black didn't have the queenside castling right anymore. Maybe we
need to construct a similar test position whith 3 black Rooks, to legally have
all castling rights available. Then we can see if Fritz 7a would expect White's
O-O-O i.e. after ...Rb6xb2, then we remove *Blacks* right to castle queenside,
and if he now doesn't expect it, Bingo!)
