I suspect that it can be a good idea
only if he adds time only to shredder6 and not to Fritz7.

I suspect that if he adds time to both engines shredder
is going to continue to lose games.
15 10 on a fast PC is not what I call blitz
inspite of the fact that it is faster than
tournament time control.
It is 25 minutes per game if you assume 60 moves per game.

Is it possible under chessbase GUI to give
more time only to one engine?

If it is not possible then it is clearly
a disadvantage of the interface because I believe
that a match with ponder off when
Shredder6 gets twice the time that Fritz7a gets
may be interesting.

In this case it is not clear which side is going to win when
it seems clear that Fritz7a is going to win
every long match against Shredder6 with equal conditions
when the time control is not important.
