The program Maxima is the GPL version of the (now defunct) commercial code MACSYMA. If you are interested, you can get more information at: http://www.ma.utexas.edu/maxima.html. There's a lot of work going on right now with Maxima. The only problem... when I tried this problem in Maxima I got: 0.999999999999756195023792375064377926992845952318279229168490989 6753555545693582494442629223652043958 As you can see that's slightly different than given above. I can't say which is correct.
