If you don't have a chess database already, I'd say the one with Chess Assistant
is probably your best choice overall.

(On the other hand, if you're rich, you can buy Chess Tiger in its own interface
AND Chess Tiger in ChessBase interface AND Chess Tiger in Chess Assistant AND
Chess Tiger for Palm AND Chess Tiger for PocketPC (last one not for sale yet).
