Hard to do. The performance characteristics of, say, Fritz vs. HIARCS vs. Crafty
are extremely different. You could get the top 10 programs together and see how
long it takes them to crunch some positions and average the numbers together,
but that's of questionable usefulness, unless you also made the numbers for each
program available.
