The closest you can come to a universal openings Book in my opinion is taking a
large database like Megadatabase cutting lets say all under 2500 elo players
from it and making a book from that but it would be just too small and even
Kramnik and Kasparov make mistakes so the only thing you can do would be to copy
all the main lines (500) out of eco and copy sub variations that would suit your
program's style.
