What you prove here imho is that 64...Rd8 is a clear mistake by Shredder.
Attached is F7a's analysis before and after this move.

no mistake. none of the programs can see the problem until it is too late.
no Ernst. if you back up one move you will see the same eval swing.
back up two, three, etc. depends on program and hardware, but it is the
g and f pawns.

here i backed up two moves from your eval.
this is 63...Qb5.    next move is g6.  same big eval change.
