Subject: Are Matches played in Fritz GUI unfair for Black?

Hi Guys,     :>}

In matches on Fritz GUI, (for me Fritz532) where reversed openings is used for
every second game, the games alternate WBWBWB, so that the Program that is white
in game one always gets to choose the Opening, and Program2 never gets to
choose.

This might make very little difference in Comp-Comp results.
(It would make a big difference if I were Program2 and Program1 always played
1.d4, thus forcing me to play 1.d4 every time I was White - I'm a 1.ed Player).

To be strictly balanced Program1 should play as

W B, B W, W B....  Thus giving Program2 the choice of Opening for games 3, 7,
11....

Does Fritz7 GUI strictly alternate the games, or can it be told to play WBBWWB?

Do you agree that there is Some bias for White first in these matches?

Thank You Guys,
Tina Long
