Subject: Definitive statement about strongest programs

Without considering Fritz7 and Shredder6 (because not yet well tested), the
strongest chess programs on single-CPU PC are DeepFritz6, ChessTiger14,
GambitTiger2 and Junior7 (most probably in this order).
