you should go for a system with the athlon xp processor (athlon xp 2000 is being released on jan 7th)and a motherboard which has the VIA KT 266A processor and plenty of DDRam. if you really want to splash out you should try for a dual amd mp system and can then play eng vs eng matches with thinking enabled or even auto play 2 different chess programmes, beside being able to use deep shredder/junior. rajen
